പത്തനംതിട്ട തദ്ദേശ സ്വയം ഭരണ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സുരക്ഷാ ചുമതലകൾക്കായി സ്പെഷൽ പോലീസ് ഓഫീസർമാരെ നിയമിക്കുന്നു.വിരമിച്ച പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ,വിമുക്ത ഭടൻമാർ,18 വയസ്സ് കഴിഞ്ഞ എസ്.പി.സി,എൻ.സി.സി കേഡറ്റുകൾ,സ്കൌട്ട്സ്,എൻ.എസ്എസ് എന്നിവയിലെ അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.താൽര്യമുള്ളവർ ആധാർ കാർഡ്,ബാങ്ക് പാസ് ബുക്ക് എന്നിവയുടെ പകർപ്പ് സഹിതം അടുത്ത പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെടണമെന്ന് ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവി അറിയിച്ചു.
