As per Ayurveda,there are three Doshas or body dispositions,namely-Vata(Vadha),Pitta and Kabha.When all three of them are balanced,the body stays in a healthy condition.Aggravation or alleviation of any one or more of these Doshas leads to diseases.

*ASHWAGANDHA
Ashwagandha is a major small woody plant native to India and North Africa.Its root and berries are used to produce a very popular Ayurvedic remedy.Research has shown that it reduces levels of cortisol,a hormone that your adrenal glands produce in response to stress.
*TRIPHALA
Triphala is an Ayurvedic remedy consisting of the three small medicinal fruits,namely amala,bibhitaki and Haritaki.Test-tube and animal studies show that triphala may reduce inflammation caused by arthritis,as well as prevent or limit the growth of certain types of cancer
*TURMERIC
Turmeric,the spice that gives curry its Characteristic yellow colour,is another popularly Ayurvedic Remedy.Curcumin,its main active compound,has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
*BITTER MELON
Research suggests that bitter melon may help lower blood sugar levels and promote the secretion of insulin,the hormone responsible for keeping blood sugar levels stable.
*TULSI (HOLY BASIL)
The plant with an auspicious name has medicinal usage extending from reducing ill effects of radiotherapy of cancer to maitaining Brahmacharya-Celibacy.For itching rashes,tulsi leaves are made into paste and applied over the skin.Basil's fresh leaves are crushed to extract Juice.Two drops of this juice is put into both nostrils on empty stomach.This helps to relieve sinusities related headache.
*SANDALWOOD
In India,the essential oil,emulsion or paste of sandalwood is used in the treatment of inflammatory and eruptive skin diseases.In traditional medicine,Sandalwood oil has been used as an antiseptic and astringent,stomachache,and urinary and genital disorders.
*BIRD EYE CHILLI(KANTHARI MULAKU)
It can play a key role in increasing the metabolism of the body.As a result of this,your body temperature would increase.It is known for weight reducing qualities.
*ADALODAKAM(MALABAR NUT)
It is used to treat bronchial problem like cough,cold,whooping-cough,asthma and bronchitis,prevent bleeding,Fever,Tuberculosis,Chest pain and heal a wound.
*MUTHANGA
In modern ayurvedic medicine uses the plant for treating fevers,digestive system disorders,dysmenorrhea and other maladies.Plant specifies vitilated kabha,pitta,diarrhea,indigestion,anorexia,fever , and urinary retention.
*ORILA
It is a general tonic and aphrodisiac,has a calming, sedative effect and also used control inflammation,fever and neurological imbalances.
*VAYAMBU
Vayambu is belonged to ACORACEAE FAMILY.It is widely employed in modern herbal medicine as an aromatic stimulant and mild tonic.
*KARINGALI
The tree's seeds are a good source of protein.The extract of the plant called catechu is used to treat sore throats and diarrhea.
*KACHOLAM
Kacholam is a medicinal plant,belonging to Zingiberaceae family.It is a reputed remedy for respiratory ailment like cough,bronchitis and Asthma.
*KEEZHANELLI(phyllanthus Niruri)
Keezhanelli is a widespread tropical plant commonly found in coastal areas,known by the common names gale of the wind,stonebreaker or seed-under-leaf.The herb is extensively used to treat and cure diseases related to liver and other organs of the body.It may help treat acute hepatitis B infections due to its anti-viral and liver-protecting abilities.
*GINGER
Ginger is used as a food flavouring and medicine.It contains chemicals that might reduce nausea and swelling.It also used for Osteoarthritis,Diabetes ,migraine and headaches.
